Klinik sante fanm
Klinik Sante Fanm is a medical service dedicated exclusively to women in Haiti, designed to meet their specific physical, reproductive, and mental health needs.
Our goal is to remove the barriers that prevent too many women from accessing quality care: high costs, lack of specialized infrastructure, cultural taboos, and lack of appropriate follow-up.
Through this service, women can benefit from:
1- Specialized consultations in gynecology, obstetrics, and reproductive health.
2- Prenatal and postnatal follow-up to reduce the risks associated with pregnancy and childbirth.
3- Regular screenings (cervical cancer, STIs, hypertension, diabetes, etc.) to prevent serious complications.
4- Psychological and social support in a space where they feel listened to, respected, and understood.
5- Awareness and education workshops to break down taboos around sexual and reproductive health.

Medicash
Medicash is a mutual health insurance service that provides access to healthcare in Haiti, inspired by the Haitian principle of konbit.
It directly addresses a major problem: the prohibitive cost of healthcare and the lack of medical coverage for the majority of the population. Too often, families have to choose between seeking medical treatment and providing for their basic needs.
With Medicash, each member contributes to a collective fund that makes it possible to:
1- Reduce medical expenses through shared and solidarity-based coverage.
2- Encourage investment in health by strengthening infrastructure and medical equipment.
3- Facilitate access to specialized care without forcing patients to seek solutions abroad.
4- Create a supportive community where everyone benefits from the collective effort.
Medicash works like a medical safety net that gives families the opportunity to seek treatment without going into debt or foregoing necessary care. It is a new way of thinking about healthcare in Haiti: collective, sustainable, and accessible.
